At our office in Lavinia House a range of facilities and equipment is available for use and/or loan.
Use of the equipment is free, except for the meeting room, printing and consumables for laminating and binding and flip charts, although any donations received will be put towards purchasing new equipment, for our members to use.
 

Currently available are:

• Meeting Room, which can accommodate up to 14 people in Boardroom style

  A Charge is made for use of this room, please contact us for details.

• Hot Desk
  High Specification PC with up to date software - Office 2007 suite, Internet Access, Quark Xpress

• Printer/Copier
  Capable of colour or black and white printing up to A3 size (Copies are charged for, Colour 10.5p, B&W 2.5p per sheet)

• Laptops
  Laptops with Microsoft Office 2007 software

• Laptop Projector
  Projector for displaying PC screen image and Portable Screen

• Display Boards
  Free standing and table top boards available.

• Flip Chart Stand
  A1 size flipchart
  A small charge is made if flipchart paper and pens are required.

• Laminator
  Laminates up to A4 size.
  A small charge is made for the laminating pouches used or supply your own.

• Binder
  Plastic coil binding machine.
  A small charge is made for the plastic binders used or supply your own.

• Guillotine

• Books
  See our book loan list for books to help your organisation.
  HACVS hold no responsibility for loss or damage of equipment whilst it
  is on loan. You are liable to pay for any loss or damage of borrowed
  equipment. It is expected that you will arrange cover for the equipment,
  whilst it is on loan to you, through your contents insurance
