Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will be launching a new website at the beginning of 2012. Service users and carers who would be happy to contribute their ideas can do so using the link below: www.sussexpartnership.nhs.uk/websitefeedback.
Changes to adults' social care In April 2011 changes were made the eligibility threshold for adults’ social care to only fund people’s substantial and critical needs. Eligibility criteria are based on the levels of risk to a person's independence and the County Council no longer funds people’s moderate social care needs. For organisations and partners who either work in or have an interest in adults social care the attached bulletin explains the recent changes to West Sussex County Council's Adults' Services eligibility threshold and includes information about how the changes will affect people, stakeholders, alternative services to support people and where to go for further information.
