Horsham Area Council for Voluntary Service strives to be accessible

to all of the community it serves.

Membership of HACVS is open to all charitable groups in the Horsham District. Our services are available to all voluntary and community groups whether they are members of HACVS or not, but priority must, at times, be given to members.

Membership strengthens both HACVS and your organisation enabling you:

· To take part in the democratic organisation of HACVS

· To vote at the AGM

· To nominate representatives to the Management Committee

Our aim is to be recognised as the major source of support and information for local voluntary  organisations, ensuring that the interests of the voluntary sector are taken into account by local   government and the statutory authorities.
