Ankylosing Spondylitis Society 01403 258741 For the whole age ranges of Ankylosing Spondylitis sufferers from 20 years to 85 years. We meet once a week at Horsham Hospital Gym at 7.30 - 8.30 pm for gentle exercise with a training physiotherapist. Every other week we use the hydrotherapy pool . Contact .Mo Frampton

A friendship club for people with limited or restricted  mobility, we are the WSAD Local Group for Horsham. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at Riverside Lodge, Dukes Square, Denne Road, Horsham.  We have club days with speakers and activities and trips out.

Motor Neurone Disease, West Sussex North Branch 01444 811420 Support organisation with meetings at the Methodist Church, London Road, Horsham. Counselling service. The association raises funds. Meets first Tuesday of the month at 8pm.
New Runners Club

Providing social activities for the disabled and elderly, they meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the Red Cross Hall in Rushams Road, Horsham. 10.30 - 12.30am. They are a very friendly social club and enjoy occasional outings. New members are always made welcome. Contact Peggy for details
Parkinsons Disease Society 01403 268880 Meetings held 2nd Monday in the month at 7.30pm. But not in February or August. Meet at Phoenix Club, forest Community Boys School.
Phoenix Club 01403 266990 Club for the neurologically disabled. Affiliated to the Stroke Association. Meet at Forest Community School Compton's Lane, Horsham, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10.30am - 3.30pm. Both days include a time of general exercise ending with a sing song. Tuesday - a large domino 'school' and whist. Wednesdays - craft activities to help improve speech communication. Monthly 'highlight' meeting with speaker and/or slides, demonstrations or an outing. Home cooked lunch provided. £5 membership per term, cost £3.50 a day.
REMAP (Crawley and District) 01403 261854 Free technical aids for disabled people. Made by qualified engineers. Tailored to individual requirements. They will create, modify, adjust or repair aids for disabled people at no charge to the client. REMAP devices often reveal great inventiveness. Sunbeam Swimming Club 01403 257740 Disabled persons of all ages and families swim Friday night 8-9pm at Horsham Swimming Pool.
The Stroke Association 01403 211662 Support for people who have had a stroke, and their families. Referrals from hospital, community or self-referral. Carer's support group meets every 1st Monday of the month at Horsham Hospital, 1-2.30pm
