Friends Like Us - Electric Wheelchair and Scooter Users 01403 259696 A friendship club for people with limited or restricted mobility, we are the WSAD Local Group for Horsham. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at Riverside Lodge, Dukes Square, Denne Road, Horsham. We have club days with speakers and activities and trips out.

New Runners Club 01403 265616 Providing social activities for the disabled and elderly, they meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the Unitarian Church, Worthing Road, Horsham, opposite the bus station, 10.30 - 12.30am. They are a very friendly social club and enjoy occasional outings. New members are always made welcome. Contact Peggy for details.
Parkinsons Disease Society Horsham & Dist Branch 01403 263882 Meetings are held 3rd Tuesday of each month, alternating between North Heath Hall, off North Heath Lane from 2pm-4pm; and evening meetings at Lavinia House, at the rear of the Drill Hall, Horsham from 7pm-9pm. No meetings in August.
Phoenix Stroke Club 01403 268130 Club for local people who have had a stroke or have a neurological condition - offering socialising, support and help restoring confidence. Affiliated to the Stroke Association. Meet at our own clubhouse at Forest School, Horsham, 3 days a week 10.30am - 3.30pm. Activities include quizzes, arts, crafts, light exercise, games and occasional speakers. Home cooked lunch provided. £10 membership per term, cost £8 a day. Thursday mornings Communication Support Group for those who have lost speech through stroke. Self referrals on all 4 days welcome. Please call 01403 268130.
