Breathe Easy Horsham & Crawley 01403 267431 A friendly support group for people suffering with Chronic Lung disorders as diagnosed, their families and carers. We are supported by the British Lung Foundation, Crawley, Horsham and Chanctonbury PCT's.
We have monthly meetings, including talks by various Clinical experts, Social Services and other useful sources. There will be planned outings and seasonal events.

Crawley Laryngectomee Club 01293 547210  This club is a group of people who have undergone the life saving Laryngectomy operation. The main aim of the club is to provide support and encouragement to patients, helping them to cope with any problems they may encounter in learning to breathe through a hole in their neck (stoma) and learning a new way to talk.

The club also tries to raise awarenesss and to highlight the communication, social and psychological problems of those who have undergone such surgery due to laryngeal cancer.

Horsham & Southwater Community First Responders 07825 060750 CFR's are trained to attend emergency calls received by the Ambulance Service, and give life-saving care in the minutes up to when the ambulance arrives
 
The aim of the group is to provide a service 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.

League of Friends of Horsham Hospital 01403 253932 The League of Friends of Horsham Hospital exists to provide amenities and equipment for the Patients and Staff at Horsham Hospital as these are not always obtainable from normal funds. The League are able to achieve this object from subscriptions, donations, our yearly Fete and Christmas Bazaar and income from the Tea-bar, Shop and Ward Trolley which are all run by our Volunteers.
