Covering the areas of Billingshurst, Plaistow/
Ifold, Kirdford and Shipley. Anyone unable to use public transport,
either through disability or frailty, are invited to use this
scheme. Volunteer drivers either use their own car or drive a fully
accessible wheelchair vehicle provided by the scheme. Where
appropriate an escort may accompany a passenger at no extra charge.

Dial-A-Ride is for people of any age, who due to
a temporary or permanent disability or are unable to use ordinary
buses. Can be used for hospital appointments. The minibus has low
steps, lots of handles, a tail lift and wheelchair clamping
facilities. Dial-A-Ride operates Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and
journeys must be booked between 9.30am - 12.00pm on the day before
you wish to travel. |
